Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

Is it possible in the 'Default Time Slot' to have it indicate 2h 30 and 3h 30, if not is it possible for me to change something to have it.

Also where to I make the setting to have a 30min between slots show when the customer chooses his time. Ex: Time slot available 9h-10h30 and next slot would be 11h-12h30 and so on.

    Thanks

    Hi Denis R Gauthier ,

    Thank you for your purchase.

There isn't an option for those default time slots in Amelia, unfortunately, but you can try changing this to such a slot option directly in your database. You need to access your database, open the wp_options table and find the option amelia_settings in it, as this is saved there. You will find there the properly "timeSlotLength" so you can set the minutes that you want there. Please note that this option (Default time slot step) sets the time interval for all time slots in Amelia - when you create services, events, buffers, set the employees' work hours, etc.

For the pauses between appointments, there are the Buffer times options available when you create Services in Amelia. You can set buffer times before and after for the services.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
