In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am no able to insert Amelia booking or catalogue in to my page. The error that I receive is "to set up services and employees first". But I had set up Amelia completely: services, employee, connected the employee to the services and all other settings.
Can the problem be about the domain name? The domain registered with Amelia is new-empowered-you.com. I have an existing webpage www.new-empowered-you,com and the page that I am building in WP http://www.new-empowered-you.com
When my WP page is ready, in few days, the domain will be transferred to NameHero and the page will be https://www.new-empowered-you.com
I tried to change the domain on the purchase page. I was able only to delete but not to add a new.

Please check if the services are assigned to any of the work hours of the employee, and also if the service duration +its buffer times can fit in those work hours.
Also, please check if the option 'Show service on site' is enabled for your services, you will see this option when you open/edit the Services on the Amelia -> Services page.
You can only delete domains in our store, you can't activate domains there, you need to activate Amelia directly in the back-end of the website - you need to add and activate your purchase code in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation on your new domain.
