We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
My questions are simple. I want to use Amelia to create events and offer sliding scale payment options to participants, in a non-profit way. I would like to receive these payments without the use of WooCommerce or other online shop platform.
Question # 1: Is Amelia only able to operate in conjunction with WooCommerce (on another online shop platform)? Or is it a stand alone system that can collect payments independently?
Question # 2: When i use Amelia in an events mode, can i create payment pages with sliding scales, as in, a box for those who wish to pay, say $ 30, a box for $ 20, a box for $ 10, a box for free access . . ? My activity is a non-profit and we want everyone to feel welcome. Can we do this with Amelia? I enclose the link to a platform that does that, as an example for you. Thanks! https://www.sexpositiveworld.com/event-details/stars-the-safer-sex-talk-workshop
Thank you!
HI Serena,
Thank you for your inquire.
1.
As for the online payments you must use some of our integrations, and those are PayPal, Stripe and WooCommerce.
2.
Unfortunately we do not have an option to have different prices for the same service, so in this case you will need to create separate same services with the different price.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
