That can't be removed, but it can be hidden on the front-end with adding custom CSS. I visited the URL you added here, and I can't see any capacity there - could you please tell me have you managed to hide it or if it is somewhere else please send me the URL of the page and I will help out with the CSS if needed.
We have added the booking system to a pop-up and on the 'Capacity: 1 - 5' element on the booking form. Is there a way to hide it or remove it?
