We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I would like when people book appointments for them to be set to Appointment Pending until they pay via PayPal and payment status changes to Paid or if people pay On-Site and I manually change the payment status to Paid which would then change the Appointment to be Confirmed.

Is this possible or a feature coming soon
As this is important time saving admin feature for my client so they don't have to manually check Paypal payments coming in and change the appointment status.

    Hello mr. Peter

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

PayPal bookings are always paid for. If a user doesn't have enough funds on his PayPal account, he cannot book an appointment, so they are automatically paid for if they appear in your Appointments list.

On the other hand - On Site payments are booked either way, and you later handle payments.

So, default appointment status can't be changed depending on the form of payment. I will send this to our developers so they can work on it for one of our future updates, but at the moment it's not possible.

    Kind Regards,
