In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We have a pottery studio available to book by the hour.
a customer can login to our site and choose any open hours and reserve the studio. they may choose any or all open hours in a day.
how can a customer choose multiple available time slots?

Thank you for your purchase.
There isn't a possibility for customers to book multiple appointments at once in Amelia, unfortunately. Only one appointment can be booked at a time. They can only book recurring appointments at once with Amelia's current built-in features, and you can read about it by following this link.
You can check-out if the Extras feature would help for your use case, since the customers would book connected time slots. With the extras it is possible to add duration and price to the booked service, so you can have several extras with different duration for one service and when customer can book the service they can choose one of the extras as well.

That can be achieved only with creating more Services with different duration, or with the Extras option for services. So you can check them out.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
