We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have been trying to link my Google spreadsheet to my WPdatatable. I copy the link from the top of the page. When it uploads, there are only 2 columns. How do I connect the entire sheet? Attached are pictures of the spreadsheet and the WPtable. Thank you.
Hello Daniel
Thank you for your purchase.
Your Google Spreadsheet doesn't have a correct structure.
The first row of the spreadsheet is used to generate headers, and since you have only one cell in the first row, the plugin creates that as a column header, and it uses the next empty cell to create another header.
To pull all the data from the spreadsheet, you would need to delete the 1st row, and have all your Spreadsheet's headers (in the second row) move up.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you so much. That worked! Is there an easy way to fix numbers. We put in a score like 4, or 3.5, but there are coming out like, 4,000 or 3,500
You're welcome, Daniel
The number format needs to be the same in your Google Spreadsheet, and in wpDataTables. So, if you have floats in the Google Spreadsheet table like 4,0 or 3,5, you need to go to wpDataTables settings, and set the number format to 1.000,00.
Kind Regards,
