Buffer times are included in the service's duration, so if you have 30 minutes buffer before, 30 minutes the duration of the service, and 30 minutes buffer after the service, the service lasts 1:30h, not 30 minutes.
If you configure your employee's working hours to be from 09:00 - 10:30 you would see only one time slot, from 09:30.
In order to see the time slots like you mentioned below, you need to remove the buffer time before the service, so the first appointment can take place when your employee's working hours start (at 09:00 or 03:00), and after each 30-minute appointment, 30 minute buffer time will be added, so the next appointment will be at 10:00 or 04:00.
Hello hope all is well with you
I am having trouble trying to set an appointment schedule for one employee and one service
Tuesdays
9:00-9:30(Duration half hour)
10:00-10:30(Duration half hour)
Thursdays
3:00-3:30(Duration half hour)
4:00-4:30(Duration half hour)
5:00-5:30(Duration half hour)
Between the time steps/ with buffer/ with duration
and the service required 30 min before and 30 min after
I am unable to set up those times. I believe it has to do with the required 30 minutes before and after. Is there anyway to remove that?
Thank you
Hello Justin
Thank you for your purchase.
Buffer times are included in the service's duration, so if you have 30 minutes buffer before, 30 minutes the duration of the service, and 30 minutes buffer after the service, the service lasts 1:30h, not 30 minutes.
