We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

My client would like to accept his customers by simply clicking a Link in the confirmation email send to employees. I was hoping I could write a simple rest api route but my php knowledge is lacking. (And you stated that this is currently not an option in another ticket post: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2328483/)

    alternatively

I would like to show only the day of the appointment that is mentioned in the automatic response email.
Is it possible to add parameter to the url like:

    .../wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-appointments#/appointment&date_start=1.1.2000&date_end=1.1.2000

are there any parameter like this for the Amelia backend?

    Greetings
    Michael

    Hello Michael,

There isn't a possibility for appointments to be approved by clicking on a link in the notifications in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. You can suggest this feature request here

There is the %appointment_date% placeholder, which will show the date of the appointment in the notifications, if that could help you achieve what you need. You will find it in the placeholders list on the Amelia -> Notifications page when you click on </> Show email placeholders.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

    Hello Marija,

Since the feature is not available I would like to provide a link to the amelia backend:
    www.my-page.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-appointments#/appointment
adding that link to the mail is easy but -

I would like to add a Link that auto selects the day of the scheduled appointment.
www.my-page.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-appointments#/appointment&date_start=1.1.2000&date_end=1.1.2000 <- add something like this

    Greetings
    Michael

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for clarification, but, unfortunately, that is not possible either with the Amelia's current features.
