I need to recreate an excel spreadsheet which is a 9 week diet plan so every user will need to enter, store and update their data over this period.
I can see that this plug-in allows data and functions, but it does need to be multi-user
I am also not skilled in spreadsheets

Is this possible?

Thank you for your interest in wpDataTables.
Importing a file like this will definitely not work, so you would need to recreate it in wpDataTables.
Since you have formulas in that spreadsheet, you would need to create a few formula columns in the table, but please note that our formula columns are not the same as they are in Excel, nor are they nearly as sophisticated. This could be the reason why wpDataTables wouldn't be suitable for this.
You can test the plugin on our sandbox site, and see if you can create a similar table.
Please note that we do not provide support for custom work that may be needed on the table if you decide to purchase the plugin.
