    I need to setup for facility booking at the school. The facilities that can be booked are only available on specific days and hours. 

    1. Sports facility (Sat, Sun, hours from 8am to 5pm in 1 hour slots). Some have more than 1 unit (ex. 4x tennis courts)

    2. Event booking can specific date requested to organize the event. We can setup the days available each year. About 200 days that can be booked.

    3, Parking reservation, each day into am / pm session with 50 unit quota first come first served.

    4. Only login users allowed to book. Can their profile be auto populated to some fields?

    After book, need service team to review and approve. Most bookings are not automatic approved. Then request payment. Or manage the payment offline.

    I would like clarification for the paid version.

    Amelia is plugin built for the appointments and events, we do not have resource booking feature. 

    It might be possible for you to youse our employees as your facilities, in employees working hours you can set availability for each day. But I am still not 100% sure that it will fulfill all your needs.

    I have purchased the plugin and also tried to test on sports.wpamelia.com. 


    The project requires different timeslots for each service, location.

    Location 1

    - Tennis is 10am to 8pm for Sat, Sun 1 hour slots

    - Tennis is 10am to to 6pm for Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri in 1 hour slots

    - Massage is 10am to 6pm for everyday in 1.5 hour slots

    - Swimming is for Sat, Sun only and am / pm half day sessions

    But for location 2, timeslots may be different due to open hours.


    I do not seem to be able to setup the time slots after defining the category, service and locations.

    Hi Daniel,

    You need to have at least one employee and in his/her working hours you need to define periods for services. Like here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zuwEjgG

     If you have just one employee the employee drop-down will not be shown on the front-end, but if you have more and does not want to show them, that can be hidden with the CSS that our engeeners can provide.

    When you purchase the plugin, you get purchase code and with it you can open ticket in Amelia category. This is a pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin.
