We've enabled google calendar 2 way sync as our providers also have their own work. We need the booking timetable to show when they're available only but when we've tested it we can see all days and times available for booking even the days that have been blocked as busy on their calendar.
And also... can we offer our service providers the option to use either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar?
Hello Tania
For busy events from Google Calendar to be blocked in Amelia, you need to enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Events" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google calendar. Also, if you have a lot of busy events there, you may want to increase the "Maximum number of events returned" to a bigger value (1.000 or 2.000).
You can integrate both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and choose between the two.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
