We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am interested in buying this plugin but the free version is so limited that I cannot figure out whether I want to spend the money.

    I have a massage studio and I want to do bookings and payments online. 

    Please confirm that the plugin can do the following:

    * I want to define different types of appointments (different massage options).

    * Customers must be able to choose a time slot, choose a massage option and pay for it.

    * I don't want to use Paypal as people will only pay in ZAR. I want to use PayFast.

    Are these all possible?

    Hi Hilda Steyn,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    • In our plugin you can define as many services as you provide. On the services page you create services with their price, duration, buffer time before and after (if you have some time for preparation or clean up) and extras if you offer some extras with those services (that can be extra service or extra product).
    • In our plugin customer first need to choose a service and employee/location (if you have multiple ones, but these can be hidden if you don't need them, only service selection is mandatory) and then they can choose a day from the calendar and a time slot since those are displayed based on the chosen service and its duration.
    • We don't have PayFast integrated directly in the plugin but it is supported by WooCommerce so you would need to use our integration with WooCommerce and their plugin for PayFast since they support this payment gateway. More about our integration with WooCommerce you can read here.
