To request a refund please login to our store page here https://store.tms-plugins.com/login with login credentials that you have received during the purchase. If you cannot find them, use the email from the purchase and choose Forgot Password option to receive a new one and then login. Beside your license you should see "Request refund" button if you are in the period of 15 days from the purchase.
