    Two problems:

    1) I am rebranding my business and have changed my website from cavebearcoaching.com to connexionscoaching.com. I have deactivated my license code on cavebearcoaching.com, but when I try to activate it on connexionscoaching.com, I get an error message saying "You have reached maximum number of registered domains"

    2) My calendar shows only the hours 10:00-4:00, but the business hours in Settings have been set as 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. I cannot change an appointment from 3:00 to 4:00 because of this. It appears that my changes to the business hours are not being reflected in the calendar. How do I fix this?

    Dan,

Thanks. I have deactivated the old website and activated connexionscoaching.com. I have also created an admin account for you under the name Amalia. You should have an email with the password in it already.

    Follow up.

The calendar page still shows only 10:00-4:00 even though the working ours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

    Dan,

I was able to update the master calendar to show my overall hours, but cannot figure out how to have my employee calendar reflect my other non-Amelia activities like personal doctor's appointments that I want to block out on a week-by-week basis.

I use Outlook as my calendar, but the integration got trashed somehow, so I will rebuild it tomorrow morning. Once that is operational, will Amelia adjust my available appointments to reflect what I post in Outlook? If not, how do I make sure that client's don' book appointments where that time slot in Outlook is taken?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bob,
    Thanks for the update.
Unfortunately, 2-way sync is not available at the moment. Currently, we have 1.5-way synchronisation which means that events that are created with status busy in Outlook calendar affect the number of free time slots in Amelia by removing them and appointments created in Amelia are added to Outlook calendar, but if you wish to edit those appointments, you need to edit them in Amelia since changes will not be reflected from Outlook calendar to Amelia plugin.

    Den,

Thanks for the update. Your "at the moment" implies that you plan to fix this in the future. If that is the case, my question is "How far in the future?" If we are talking a couple months, I can live with that. If we are talking a couple years, I need a better work-around.

It I have this problem, I suspect that so do others. What does your customer feedback around this issue tell you?

If I create a Google Calendar and find a way to synchronize that with Outlook, does your code support two-way updates to Google Calendars? If so, that may be a path I can pursue; but I don't want to waste my time on it if that is not supported by existing or soon-to-be-existing code on your end.

    Your though?

    Den,

Let me reframe my question. I discovered Zapier yesterday and it looks very hopeful. Does Amelia have the ability to create a Zapier event? If so, A client scheduling a session could trigger a Zapier workflow that would make it pretty easy to plug the event into my calendar and send me an email.

Thanks for the list of requested feathers. Great idea... and Zapier is on the list as already implemented. I will pursue that path and see what I learn.

    Hi Bob,

You can use this integration with our web hooks. They are primarily designed to be used with Zapier.
