I am trying to assess how good Amelia is for my needs. Therefore I have a series of questions for the things that are unclear:
1. How can I do price localization in Amelia? So if someone is visiting from the US the price should be in USD, someone from Europe should see the price in EUR and so on. Just like you have it on your own website when you want to purchase Amelia!
2. I read this in a ticket, but I hope it is fixed. Will ask anyway - can I sync my availability (times I am unavailable) based on multiple Google Calendars (all in the same account)? No real organizer has a single calendar....
3. If I do a booking in the back-end after talking to a customer, or to do a customized service unavailable for the general public, will that customer receive (A) a notification e-mail about the event/appointment he just got registered to and (B) a way to pay online? (if you know if this is possible to make it automatic via woocommerce please let me know)
4. I understand the HIGHLY requested feature of packages and multiple services is being worked on. How soon is this to be expected? Will it include block booking (i.e. a pack of 10 sessions to be individually booked from the customer panel one by one)?
5. Will Events be finally synced with the Google Calendar as well? Is this in progress? I assume it's not all that difficult considering the code is already there for services...
6. Can the custom fields have conditional logic attached to them? Say, I know Amelia does not allow to add multiple customer names to a booking, just if you bring extra people or not - but you can repair that by putting a custom field with "Please specify the names/e-mails of the people coming with you". It will be however mighty stupid to show that field and require it, if you selected that you come alone.
7. I see how a customer can log in to their panel, but how can a customer create an account in the first place (for themselves, not created by me)? Only when buying something?

8. Will Amelia show the customers the booking calendar according to the timezone they are in? I mean 5PM for me is not 5PM in Japan, and 5PM in Japan is definitely outside my working hours!

Unfortunately this is not possible, only one currency can be used in our plugin.
2.
At the moment no, but we are looking for the proper solution for this case, and maybe adding this feature for some future updates.

In this case the customer will receive the notification about the appointment, but you can not book the appointment for someone if the payment is online.
4.
Packages are currently in the testing stage, and we hope it will be available in the next 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately this is not in plan to be added soon, for the events we are planing to add new booking view and adding extras to events.
6.
Unfortunately no, we do not have an option for conditional custom fields right now.
7.
Yes, there is an option in the settings that when the customer books the appointment, he/she will receive the email with the created user for the customer panel, and link to access it.
8.
Yes, also in the settings there is an option to enable Show bookings in the client time zone, you just need to enable it.
As for the features that are not possible, I might say that they are really on point, and I will definitely add it on our TO-DO list. Hopefully we can implement some of them on the go.
