In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We were ready to go live and suddenly the booking view is behaving erratically on Android mobile devices.
It show normally on desktop and iOS.
I don't remember having changed anything since my last edit. Kindly check the link. We are using storefront theme.

As I can see the issue is on a desktop as well, please look at the attachment. It seems like the Amelia CSS files are not created for some reason, or something is conflicting with Amelia on your website, a plugin or your there.
Please delete any cache on your website and in your browsers before doing anything.
Please deactivate and activate Amelia back on on the Plugins page, and delete any cache you have on the website. Check if this solved the issue. If it didn't , go to Amelia -> Customize page and just click on Save there without any changes made there, to see if this will create the needed CSS files (if they are missing), delete cache again, and check on the front-end if this helped.
If it didn't help, please deactivate your plugins one by one and delete cache and check after each deactivation if the issue is still there on the website, also check if changing the theme would solve the issue.
