    Hi Amelia team

I'd like to be able to block some time slots in my calendar when something extra comes up so my clients can't book during that time but I can't find the way to do it.

The calendar and employee give me the option to set up full days off but that's not what I need, I need just to block 1 or 2 hours once in a while for a specific day.

    How can this be done?

Also, when clients are going to reschedule an appointment, is the anyway they can see their appointments on the list without the need to select a time frame? (see screenshot attached). That's not visible and most people contact me saying that their appointment doesn't show up and all they see is a blank box.

    Thanks

    Hi Kayla,

    Thanks for your questions.

Regarding your first question, you may consider a special days feature:

    https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/

Where you can specify a certain hours of your availability.

I need to clarify your second question with my tech team and get back to you.

    Hi Kayla,

    Thanks for your patience.

I am afraid customer's panel can't be customised. At the moment, there is no way to make the panel show the first existing appointment, and choosing the correct date range is the only way.
