I hope Amelia team is working on it. it would be good to have a status page to know when Amelia is down. Did you receive an answer? it's still not working for me. My clients are complaining as well.
There's no answer till now. Something must have happened. But it's not normal. Why Amelia workers don't answer? All of our datas are missing. It's very frustrating.
Szabolcs; you need to understand that each Amelia installation is a separate installation, and there's nothing that can "be down". There are no servers except your website's server, and each installation is unique. It'd be equal to saying "My computer is down, something probably happened to Microsoft" - you have a software, not a platform installed. It works as t should on thousands of other websites, so issues are local.
If Amelia worked normally, and then stopped working, issue needs to be checked on each of your websites separately. Most likely, you all booked an appointment while still logged into your Administrator account, and now you have admin accounts Amelia sees as customers.
We do not provide live support, and our working hours are from 10:00 - 17:00 CET, business days. Without wp-admin and database access we cannot determine what the issue is. It could be three different reasons for all three of you, but what I suggested above is the most common issue.
Since we do not work on weekends, my advice is to create a new Administrator user and log into your website with it - you should see all services, employees and appointments.
Then, each of you - open a new private ticket and provide me with wp-admin (administrator) user role, and database access credentials, so I can inspect your websites and see what's going on.
Jenny-Paola - you can simply post a PRIVATE response, and I will be able to see your credentials, while others will not be able to see them.
