Hi there, We forgot to change the timezone in our Wordpress website after daylight saving happened in Europe on 25th October last. We only changed it today, Wordpress.org does not change this automatically. My question is does Amelia use this time for the calendar and thus are all appointment times between 25th October and now out by one hour?
Hi Noelle,
The WordPress timezone setting applies to Amelia as well, so yes, if customers booked in while this was off the appointments should be our by one hour.
Because of this issue, we recommend setting up the WP timezone setting to a City timezone instead of the UTC+- options, because the City timezone options recognize and apply the daylight saving time change.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
