In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

i am working with amelia plugin, its powerful.
i want customers to be paying deposits, so i was thinking of adding deposit sub-plugin to my woocommerce checkout page. do you think that deposit will work for the order summary at check out? since the parent order was from amelia booking? need your help please. Thank you

Well there is no built-in feature, but there is some workaround. For example if your service cost $20 and if you want to set deposit of 20% to pay online and rest onsite, you can make service where you will set price of $4 (which is 20% of $20) and then explain in service title and description how much is the real price of this service.
The plugin works with WooCommerce, but integration with any WooCommerce add-on is not confirmed, so we can't guarantee it will work.
