We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Concerning Zoom

Question 1: How does online vs. physical locations work. I have two counselors who will begin taking appointments online next week and I have connect Zoom to Amelia. But come January both counselors will be taking clients in person as well. How does Amelia offer the choice of online vs in person for each counselor?

Question 2: Zoom. The website owner has a Zoom Pro account and he has added his other counselors under Zoom users as stated in the documentation. I can associate the Zoom with those uses and select Basic as the other counselors have their own basic accounts and with 1 on 1 counseling that is all they need. My question is will this setup interfere with users booking appointments on zoom when counselors have the same hours of availability.. For example Dr. Skinner has a 2pm appointment booked with a client via zoom and Dr. Veazey has a 2pm opening for a virtual appointment. Can that be booked as a separate zoom at the same time since she is using her basic account?

    Hello Melanie,

    1. Zoom is enabled or disabled per Service in Amelia, so this is what would separate online from offline bookings for an employee in Amelia, they should have one service with Zoom enabled and another one with Zoom disabled assigned to them. Locations don't have anything to do with this in Amelia.

    2. You can connect Amelia to only one Zoom account, and employees in Amelia can be connected to users on that one Zoom account. If the employees are connected to separate users in Zoom they should be able to have meetings at the same time. But please note that this is more of a question for Zoom, not Amelia, depending on the account/settings there this will be available or not. Amelia can't affect this. So, for your setup, please check this out in Zoom as well, if these users would be possible to have meetings at the same time
