I have set up some employees as Amelia Managers and when I was testing, I could go into the back-end (wp-admin) and manage things from here. As I need staff to link their outlook mailboxes and add events etc. However, now when I try to log in, I keep getting the error message below...
Where do you see this error? Is it a part of Amelia Panel login, or WordPress login?
If it's related to WordPress I can't help you with that.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I found that if I set them up as an Amelia Employee from the User section of WP, I could then assign this Employee to a user and this stopped the problem this way around. If I tried to create a new Amelia Employee and then create new user, this was where the problem with logging in arose.
I need to get my employees to log into the system via the wordpress log-in, as this is the only way they can link Amelia with their Outlook accounts; this option isn't on the front end when logging into the Amelia Employee Log In. They also can't upload a photo of themselves from the front end, so this is why I need this functionality.
Your observations are correct - employees can't connect to their Google or Outlook calendars from the front-end panel because they both require a dynamic link, and that's not something that can be generated in the panel at this time.
Our developers will be working on this in the future, along with the ability to change their profile picture, but at the moment it needs to be done from back-end.

Hi Aleksander,
Thanks for your reply.

Thanks again.
Thanks for the feedback, Beth
