Hi, I use the following TXT to keep my emails in good shape:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:spf.dandomain.dk -all (I use office365 as email host and dandomain for webshop)
Some of my customers get Amelia notifications in their Spam folders. How can I include Amelia mails in the string above? Thanks in advance.
Hello Stine,
Thank you for your message.
I am afraid it has nothing to do with Amelia plugin.
You can try another Mail Service option in Amelia -> Settings - > Notification settings. We don't recommend using PHP Mail as it is often flagged by spam. You can also check how your email provider can help with that.
Okay.
Dandomain told me to add "include:spf.dandomain.dk" so I figured that I could add something like "include:spf.wpamelia.com" as well. But okay, You're not the ones sending out these notification emails you say on our behalf?
Actually, PHP mail is selected, so that should be changed I guess - but to what? WP Mail, SMTP or Mailgun?
Thanks.
