    The site is allowing me to book the service and extra telling me a total however; it isn't taking me to a payment gateway to complete the purchase.

    Could you please tell me what is the payment option you have enabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments? Have you configured everything per our instructions

    I'm in sandbox mode now and when i tried to run a payment it is just clocking on waiting for payment is that normal?  Also there's no instruction on that page for woocommerce
