We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
In my "Sparring" event I do have 3 different dates, months apart. The event next day reminder seems to be only reminding for the first of the event dates, but not the others. Is that right? If so, can I change that that before each "event part" (day) there can be a reminder set?
Hello Amin
Unfortunately, this is how the plugin currently works, and it's not possible to change that other than creating a separate (or recurring) event for each date.
Each event created is a single event. If you add multiple dates in that single event, that event will be held on multiple days, but it's still considered as a single event. For example, there's a conference that takes place on 04.11; 05.11 and 06.11. If someone is going to attend the conference, they need to book their slot for the whole 3 days and people cannot choose which day they are going to attend and which ones they won't.
So, the plugin cannot actually see remaining dates in order to send reminder notifications.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

As for the custom fields - yes - you need to use anchor tags, but they can only be used in the "Text Content" field, so you would need to use two fields:
