We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi! I would like to know if it is possible to configure the plugin so that the payments received are only pre-authorized, and then manually authorize them from the back end only after checking the availability of seats. Thanks

    Hi Valeria,

Thanks so much for your interest in Amelia.

There's option for customer to pay when booking or to pay on site, it is not possible to initiate online payment from the backend.

You can set default appointment status to pending, and then manually approve it, but the payment will be processed at the moment when customer books if you choose online payment.

Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I think I have explained myself badly. The manual authorization to which I refer must be made by the site admin, so by the service provider for sale. So the customer books the appointment, pays, but the sum is only pre-authorized. The supplier then, by accessing the back end, checks the availability and if so, definitively charges the cost to the customer and confirms the appointment. If not, "free" the customer's sum and cancel the appointment. Is that possible?

    Hi Valeria,

I have understood. Unfortunately no, not possible to pre-authorize the payment. Customer needs to pay when booking the appointment i you choose online payment.
