I would like for the clients to create an account (log-in/register) before completing an appointment, in order to receive a coupon and use it. Can that be done through Amelia, or I would need a separate plug-in in WP. I am trying to mitigate the option of a client using the same coupon a couple of times.

As for the answer:
You will need to use some other plugin to allow logged-in users to access to booking form and use the coupons since our plugin does not have this option.
So basically use some other plugin to allow them to access the page where our plugin shortcode is.
