    Please guide me how a user with "Amelia employee profile " can duplicate an existing appointment?

    You can duplicate the apportionment under Admin's account only:

    Hello Roshan,

    I have just confirmed with my Product Manager and we will add this for one of our future updates as a default option. If "Manage their Appointments" option in Roles settings is enabled then employee will be able to duplicate appointments as well.
