Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello suppose my employee wanted to only show a scheduling window of a particular month for example the whole of November they are allowed to book but then shut for December on and then open again January how exactly will they input a scheduling window so that they are not allowing customers to book way far ahead.
Hello Michael
You can remove Work Hours from your employee, and configure Special Days for them, limiting the offered appointments per special days.
If you don't want people booking too far ahead, though, you can go into Amelia's General settings, and choose "Period available for booking in advance" to 30 days, or something like that.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I'm sure I will grow to love this calendar but this system is so glitchy. I just realized it won't show us as open on Black Friday & Small Business Saturday as if it is some sort of national holiday. I even went in and set them as "special days" and tried to the enter the hours that way & it still shows that I am closed those days. HELP?!?!?
Hi again Janet
On which page? For which service, which employee?
I can see you have 7 employees and 63 services. I don't know if all should be available on November 27th and 28th, so please provide me more info about this.
You need to check your employee's working hours, and service durations. If service's duration can fit into employee's working hours, it should be offered in front-end. Also, check the shortcodes you used on front-end. If you defined specific services or employees that don't work on Fridays that could also cause the issue.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
