In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

My site is multilingual (French / English) I would like to use Amelia in French and English, how to send emails to customers (for the confirmation of their appointment for example) and how to set up the plugin so that appointments are in English and French according to the page.

Thank you for your message.
Amelia cannot be multi-lingual to that point where you choose your language on the fly, like through a select-box or something like that (a feature multi-lingual plugins offer). You can use only one language at the time.
However, if you choose to purchase a multi-lingual site like WPML, Polylang or Weglot, they will be able to translate the plugin in live environment on the website.
