We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

What are the capabilities of Amelia with multiple calendars?  Can we have 12-15 individual calendars --- that feed into one Master calendar for clients to signs up for an appointment accessible through just one link?  If this is an option, how will it appear on the client's end?  If the master calendar is made up of a bunch of individual calendars, will the confirmation email and reminder text just go to the client and the person who "owns" that slot that the client signed up for?

We don't need the charging feature as these appointments will be "free" -- can we turn that off?

Is there a contact number to discuss your product?  I want to be sure it will work for our purposes before purchasing.

    Hi Mary,

Yes, you can link multiple calendars to a master calendar and you can set this up as you've described.

Regarding a free appointments, you can also sent this up using some CSS customisation, there is no facility on the back-end of Amelia.

Regarding your last question, I'll get back to you later this week.

    Hi Mary,

When you use Amelia, you should treat the setup like a company that has employees, and is offering services and/or events. There's one Calendar (in WP dashboard/Amelia), where you can see all their employees' working hours and scheduled appointments, but each employee can have different working hours, can be assigned to different services, and so on.

So, 12 - 15 individual calendars could be interpreted as 12 - 15 employees that work for the same company (one master calendar), but that has nothing to do with the customers. Customers book the appointments per employees' availability, and they have no insight into the company's calendar.

All notifications will go to the employee and the customer, but if you need to send them all to some other email addresses, you can set it up through Amelia Settings/Notifications.

Hiding the price if the appointment is free can be achieved through the database, or with custom CSS.

We do not provide live support, so phone calls, Zoom, Skype, TeamViewer or demo sessions are not included in the provided support. We have a 15-day money-back guarantee.
