We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I would like the user flow to be as follows:
I do not want the user to select the provider. I only want to confirm the provider to the user after payment. Is that possible?
Also, the website doesn't clarify if it's possible for the user to cancel or reschedule (and if so, based on which conditions) a service.
Thanks!
Hi Martin,
Thanks so much for your interest in Amelia.
We do not have option for selecting location in Google maps. You can create locations and the customers can choose location form the dropdown.
The user is choosing a service and extras, regarding the employee user can choose the employee, in case there's just one employee the employee dropdown will be hidden. You can hide the employee dropdown with the CSS, but in that case the employee will be randomly chosen. You can change the employee later form the backend.
Yes, user can cancel and/or reschedule the appointment form the Customer Panel. You can define how much in advance you want to allow user to cancel or reschedule.
Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
