Can you please provide me the front-end page, so I can see this behavior?
If you add 1-hour-long buffer time before the appointment, and your appointment lasts for 10 minutes, the first appointment will start 1 hour after your employee's working hours start.
So, if your employee works from 09:00 - 17:00, the first time slot will be from 10:00 - 10:10. Now, the reason why you may see 10:40 offered as the next available appointment would be if you set the Default Time slot step to be 30 minutes, and you've disabled "Use service duration for booking a time slot". Otherwise, the next available appointment should be at 11:10.
The settings were indeed correct. Another major issue I ran into is that your system doesnt allow me to add an employee to more than one location at once.
Unfortunately, I had to discontinue use and return to "square appointments" where it does allow this and they also allow taking a card on file to charge just in case on cancelation. aka "no show protection"
Set "before appt" time to 1 hour before but it isnt working..?
it's giving 30 minute breaks for some services and 70 minute breaks for others.
each service has a 10 minute buffer after.

I'm sorry to hear you won't be using Amelia anymore, but I can understand.
