We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi There,

I have recently launched my Amelia booking system on the website, and customers are booking on very easily and its great. However, if a customer books onto the wrong session/books onto it twice by accident, is there a way i can move that specific customer from a group appointment onto a different appointment? I know you can move it if it is just a single person appointment.

If you can't, i realise i can remove them from that appointment and add them on manually to a different appointment. In this instance, they have already paid, would they receive a refund or would the payment stay in my paypal, and by adding them onto a new appointment (it says they need to pay) but we would already have the payment?

    Thanks,

    Bobbie

    Hi Bobbie,

    Thank you for your message.

There isn't a possibility to change/disable appointments in Amelia with its current built-in features, it is possible to customers by default and if they can access the panel or the back-end of WP they will be able to cancel their appointments.

With regard to refunds, I am afraid there is no option to automatically refund customers from Amelia with the plugin's current built-in features, unfortunately.

You need to do the refunds in PayPal/Stripe for the cancelled appointments manually.
