We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I searched all over the public tickets and couldn't find an answer to my problem.

Someone booked a private tennis lesson with us this morning. But it didn't show up in the Google calendar. It shows up in Amelia, but nowhere else.

We have enabled Google calendar integration, Remove Google Calendar busy slots, and increased the Max Number of Events returned.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Mari

    Hello Mari,

Could you please check if you followed all of the steps from the instructions on Google synchronization in Amelia? If you have done everything there, could you please tell me have you connected your Employees to their Google calendar successfully? This is done in the Employee modal on the Amelia-> Employees page. When you connect the employees to their Google calendars, the booked appointments from Amelia will be created in their Google calendars as well and the time slots of the Busy events in Google will be blocked for booking in Amelia (if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled).

Hi marija, can you please describe here briefly how you solved the problem, because I have exactly the same problem. Everything is linked, but the appointments do not appear in the calendar?

    Hi Mik,

The user solved the issue on their own, so I am not sure what exactly was the issue in the end, when I checked everything seemed to be working fine. Please open a new ticket and let us know what are the issues that you have with the integration and we will gladly help out and check out the issue (and also we don't want to bother the user who opened the ticket in the first place, since this is an old ticket and they get emails about ticket replies as well). Thank you!
