How can I disable Follow up notifications but continue sending the other scheduled reminder notifications? The same cron job is for all notifications.

Email notifications can be enabled/disabled on the Amelia -> Notifications page, by checking/un-checking the box before their name in the notifications list, please look at the attachment. So, you need to un-check the Follow up email notification there and they won't be sent to customers.
