We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I just want to change the Names' order as (first is the last name and then second is the last name). I just check out the source code in Amelia but I could not find out the related source code.
Also I would like to change the language(which is "Book this event" and "Number of persons") from English to Japanese .
Please let me know the related codes and how to fix these.
Hi Junya,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately at the moment places of first and last name cannot be changed, but you can change names of those labels so instead First name Last name can be in the first place if that is ok? You can change all labels and all strings in our plugin using Poedit or Loco Translate and translating the plugin in the way that you need. We also have some part of the Japanese translation included in the plugin, but it was sent long time ago by one of our users so it probably needs an update. If you translate the plugin you can always send that translation to us so we can included it for the next update. In that way you wouldn't lost that translation once we update and the plugin.
If you need detailed explanation how to use Poedit or Loco Translate for translating the plugin we are here to help.
Best regards.
