Hi I have found my users might text back the automatic message. Is there any way to redirect messages to my business number or receive the messages sent from my clients. Or is it just a one way street with the SMS that it can only send not receive. Thank you.
Hello Shane, Thanks for your message. I am afraid there is no such option. You can mention in your message to the client that this is a no-reply number and they should reach you out via email. That's the only option I can suggest.
