    Hello, we are using Amelia for consulting services and we created a "monthly subscription" consulting service. We have 2 questions regarding recurring appointments.

    1. Is there a way to force the "repeat this appointment" to be checked and disabled on the calendar?
    2. Is there a way to set a minimum amount of repeated appointments? In our case the monthly subscription the customer must book at least 2 appointments.

    The reason being is that we have 2 prices for business consulting; $149 for 1-time meeting and $89 subscription for monthly meetings. I asked earlier if I could add 2 variable prices in 1 service and was told that it was not possible that the best solution was to create 2 separate services. 

    As you can see we want to avoid costumers be able to select only one appointment on the monthly subscription and get a cheaper price, hence we want them to select at least 2 appointments.

    1. Can you please clarify what do you mean by "checked and disabled on the calendar"?

    What I mean is that we want a service to be forcefully recurring. So on the calendar the checkbox that says "repeat this appointment" is automatically checked and the customer cannot unchecked it. The reason is that this is for a subscription service and the user must book at least 2 appointments

    Hello Jorge,

    Unfortunately, it cannot be achieved with current version of the plugin. Our developers are working on creating "Packages" option, which will allow something like this, but it's not possible at the moment.

    They will also include more settings for recurring appointments, so admins set up how many times the appointment is repeated, and the info only provided to the customer, so they can't alter anything. We can't say when this will be included, but we hope it will be soon.
