We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi there, I see that I can set my working hours and days off in the global settings, but can I set different working hours for different services and/or categories? For example, one of my services is only a 1-hour service and I would like to designate a certain time slot during the week for it. Thanks.

    Hello Noelle Leahy,

The available time slots can't be configured in services directly, but they are configured by setting up the employees' work hours not the global work hours in Amelia -> Settings. So, when you open/edit the Employee in Amelia, you should go to the Work hours tab, and you set the availability there. You can change the work periods, and add new ones, and you can choose for each work time period to which services (assigned to this employee) that work time period will be applied.

So, if you have more services assigned to one employee and you set their work hours on Monday to be from 10 to 12 and assign only one service of those services, only that service will be available for booking on Monday from 10 to 12.
