quick question: I set up a employee panel to organize my appointments. Sadly we cannot create appointments for customers via this panel without already having the customer in the database. How can I create a new customer in the employee panel. I dont want my employees to go to the backend.
Employees cannot create new customers, since that capability was not intended for the employees. Please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Our developers will be working on this, for sure, but I don't have an ETA on it.
I'm not sure if there's already a suggestion for this, but if you can't find it, most likely you need to create it.
You can schedule the appointment as a customer, just make sure not to do it while you're logged into WordPress, as it may cause issues with the capabilities of the employee, so use Incognito mode.

Hello Stephan,
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, it's not available via employee panel at the moment.
You can submit this as a feature request here:
