Hi there, we're using Amelia on a multisite network.
When we create a subsite, various site-specific database tables are created, including a number of tables created by the Amelia plugin.
Upon deleting the sub-site as network super-admin, all site-specific database tables are deleted except for the Amelia tables created for that sub-site.

To remove Amelia's database tables when you delete the plugin, you need to enable this slider in Amelia Settings/Activation:
