The plugin takes over 10 seconds to load. Reading through your tickets I can see that many customers have experienced the same issue. Please advise.

We had some loading issue in one of the previous versions of Amelia, but that was fixed in the update afterwards. This was in connection to loading times in the back-end. So, if you are referring to the back-end, please make sure that you have the latest version of Amelia, version 2.9.2
When it comes to loading times for a website in general - this is mostly determined by:
Amelia works with admin ajax calls that require response from the server, and there isn't anything that could be changed regarding this in Amelia, unfortunately.
