Is there an issue with the last update?  The latest update Version 2.9.12 failed initially. When I refreshed my browser, the Amelia plugin disappeared.  I have version Version 2.9.1.  Due to this update my website shut down.

I since had to back date it prior to this update to restore my website.  Now, I am wondering is it necessary to update to the latest update Version 2.9.12?  Is there a glitch in the updated version?

Has anyone else had this problem?

I restored my former state prior to the update.  It seemed that Woo must be updated prior to Amelia. I resolved the update error.

    Hello Tre,

We haven't had such cases with the new update of Amelia so far. Glad to see you managed to find the cause of the issue, thank you for letting us know. It is strange that the old version of WooCommerce could cause this issue, though, could you please tell us what version of Woo you had so we can check it out? Thank you.

I didn't write down the prior Woo version. Bummer.

I remember gaining a code when the update failed... I think a 500 or 505 code before my website shut down. After I back dated the site, I updated Amelia last and now it works fine.

    Thank you, Tre. No worries.

We haven't had such cases so far, and Woo is used a lot, but I will let out developers know about this so they can check the previous versions of Woo.

Glad to see the issue is gone and everything works well now!

I need help with my update.  For some reason my lifetime registration is coming up as invalid.

    Hello Tre,

Please open a new ticket when you have new questions/issues with Amelia and we will gladly help out. Thank you!

Please login to our store and go to Manage domains, and delete any domain saved there for your license, then try to activate Amelia again with your purchase code on your website in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation.

Let me know if this helped!

Apologies to mess up the policy... I had no other other but to use an old ticket because I couldn't get into my account.  I was able to reset everything. I can create new tickets again.  I was able to see my activation number.

I love the Amelia plugin but WordPress does not. I got them to play together again. The issue once again seems to be WordPress.  Each Amelia update causes issues with WordPress.  I reactivated my code on my website.  My site crashed but went back up on its own within 5 minutes. Whew!

I made sure to write down my activation code so I am good now.

    Thank you again!

Glad to see you managed to solve the issue with your account and your purchase code.

That's strange, we haven't had such complaints, please check if you have any errors regarding Amelia in your server error log.
