We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I am sorry I'm opening quite a few tickets. I assure you I've been through the documentation before writing here, but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I'm running a website that sells 2 different monthly subscriptions. Once my clients are logged in, depending on the kind of subscription they paid for, they have access to restricted pages.
I would like my Premium subscribers to have access to a Search view of services that is different from the Search view that Regular subscribers get.
In order to do this, I created two different restricted pages : one called "Premium", the other "Regular".
My issue is here. How do I manage for Premium services not to show in the Regular Search View page?
So far, I've tried creating two categories : a "premium" and a "regular" category, but this doesn't seem to do the trick as categories are search filters for front-end users.
Any advice?
Thanks for your time,
Best,
Marie
Hello Marie,
That's OK , we are here to help out with any questions or issues you might have with Amelia!
You can find all of the shortcodes that you can use for Amelia on your pages here.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to have specific category (ID shortcode) for the Search view in Amelia. If you want to show only one category per booking form you would need to use the other booking views - like step by step booking or the Catalog view .
For example:
[ameliabooking category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1
[ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1
I really appreciate your help Marija !
Thank you.
You are welcome, Marie!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
