    Hello,

I recently bought Amelia with a life subscription and have configured the plugins quite well. Still, I have some questions:

    1. I offer 10 different services and only one is linked to a specific location. Nevertheless, all services appear at the same location when ordering. Why?
    2. How can I configure the setting so that the customer can mark the birthday in their order?
    3. How do I change the language of the plugin?

I have found and understood a lot through your website, but I can`t figure out these points.

    Sincerely
    Stian Andreassen

    Hello Stian Andreassen,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. This is because the employee assigned to all of these services is connected to this location. In Amelia, services are assigned to employees, and employees are connected to locations, it isn't possible to connect services directly to locations.

    2. There isn't a possibility to ask for customers' birthdays in the booking process (for the option that is already there for customers in the back-end). You can ask customers to provide this information using Custom fields, but this won't be connected to the actual birthday field in the Customers modal on the Amelia _> Customers page. They can add their birthday in the Customer panel.

    3. The language applied to Amelia is the one you choose in your WordPress General Settings. If there is such translation in Amelia it will show that language , if there isn't English will be used.
