    Hi Alexander,

I try to install the plugin-in on an other domain name as the chosen subscription allows me. Unfortunately, I can't find it in the installed plugins even though it is installed after Woocommerce. Could you tell me if there is a particular procedure? Can the Amelia plugin be restricted if we try to integrate it into an Astra + Astra starter theme?

    Thx for your support,

    Kamal

    Hello Kamal,

Please check the installing instructions for Amelia here

If you followed the steps - downloaded Amelia and uploaded it to your website by following the above instructions you should have the Amelia plugin on the Plugins page, and activate it properly.

Please note that our plugin has a size of around 10 MB so if you are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:

    upload_max_file size,

    post_max_size ,

    max_execution_time

You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

Let me know if this helped.
