Hi,
I've set up Amelia on my website and have sold a couple of tickets to events with it. The confirmation emails that I have set up to send are going straight to spam in people's inboxes, and are also marked as dangerous, possible phishing emails in gmail accounts (which is what most of my clients use)
Do you have any idea why this might be?
Hello Sarah,
This is the case with some Mail service options , unfortunately, we don't recommend using PHP option as the Mail service option in Amelia because of these reasons -- since the emails are often flagged as spam/junk. You can try with one of the other options, please check out the notification settings instructions here.
