Hi, I have a question regarding the employee/customer panels.
We have a website with users (customers, administrator and employees). To user other options on our website (Woocommerce) and check their account, customers need to be logged in. This is basic Wordpress/woocommerce stuff. Now, we would like to add the employee panel view to their account page, so they can check their Amelia reservations directly in their account. I know we can add the customer view shortcode to display the customer panel, but it still shows the login page, even when a customer is already logged in (otherwise they wouldn't be able to access their account page). This is quite annoying for customers when they need to log in a second time to view this additional page.
Is there any workaround for this? A way to access this panel directly, without needing to log in a second time (since they are already logged in)?
Thanks in advance,
Senne
Hi Senne,
Thanks for your interest in Amelia.
I understand. There's no workaround for that unfortunately, we have this in our idea list but I do not have ETA for that.
